Cedartown, GA

This once gorgeous home constructed in 1885 was sadly devastated by fire in 2018.  It had been lovingly restored by the last owners, even down to stripping paint off of almost every heart pine door and piece of trim that had been painted over the years.

After the fire, the owners contacted Marietta Reclamation regarding the dismantle of salvageable parts.

Although the house was further ravaged by rain and critters through the open roof during the following seven months before the task could begin, we were able to fight the debris and mold and rescue many beautiful architectural elements which can be appreciated for years to come.
